Kin Campus Club of Victoria

A Non-Profit Student Led University Club Looking to Better our Community

Home: Welcome

Who We Are

We are a new, but steadily growing non-profit volunteer organization for any university student in the Victoria area wanting to get more involved in our community.  We are a completely student-run organization built on the mission to help others. We organize monthly service projects that pertain a wide range of support services we decide on participating in as a club and are never restricted to any specific type of volunteer opportunities.

Joining Kin Campus Club provides students incredible opportunities to build their resume, get important life experiences, and network in the community with potential employers along with forming friendships and life-long memories. The club also hosts social outings between monthly or bi-monthly meetings for our members as fellowship is the most important value we hold.

We also provide current updates for individual volunteer opportunities outside our club and positions available in the community so our members have full access to all opportunities at their disposal in Victoria. All university individuals are welcome and encouraged to join Kin Campus Club of Victoria for life long benefits and connections!

Kin Campus Club was founded in 2018 by Dakota Willick, Samantha Hoogstins, and Elizabeth Rohlicek.

Fundraising Opportunities

Kinsmen Parking Ushers

The Victoria Kinsmen have graciously let our club join them for fundraising opportunities which includes parking usher shifts at a lot near the Save On arena. Parking in the lot is by donation and the money earned is split at the end of the night between our clubs. So far our club alone has brought in approximately $500, thank you Kinsmen!

Out of the Rain Youth Shelter Donation

February Service Project

This service project of the month was dedicated to gathering clothing and hygiene products for Victoria’s Out of the Rain Youth Shelter! As a club, we chose to support this organization because we respect their mission and appreciate the importance of sheltering homeless youth and providing them with quality means during Victoria’s colder months.
Thank you Out of the Rain for your service in our community, and thank you Kin Club members for your contribution!
Check out their website www.outoftherainvictoria.cato learn more about their society and upcoming events if you would like to contribute!
