Our Place Society
Holiday Schedules and Hours – We will not be closing over the holidays but some early and late shifts might be affected (hours to be confirmed asap). Crafty Christmas at Centennial Square – Help represent Our Place at this free City led event featuring wreath-making workshops, kids’ crafts, live music, gingerbread cookie decorating, and, more. We will be there collecting clothing donations and non-perishable items at our table and we need some of our amazing volunteers from 11-2pm and 2-4pm Saturday, December 15th and Sunday, December 15th . Are you a musician? The Spiritual Care team is looking for a musician with a keyboard who would be able to accompany a few Christmas Carols during our Christmas Eve gathering on Dec 24th from @ 1-2pm in the chapel. Our Place Society
Volunteer Manicurist
Who doesn't feel better after being pampered by having their nails done? Our Place is looking for a couple of friendly volunteer manicurists. It is a popular program where our clients' self-esteem is raised by feeling good about their appearance. You don't have to be a professional, just someone who likes to chat and who can file and paint nails. Time and day of this two-hour program are flexible, we can accommodate your schedule.

Spiritual Care Receptionist
The Spiritual Care team provides a great service to family members at Our Place Society. The team is looking for some assistance in their administration duties. Volunteer applicants must be comfortable with a computer, Microsoft office, and replying to correspondence. This would be a minimum once a week, half day engagement.

Casual Drop-in Volunteering
Do you have a couple of hours here or there to spare? Keep an eye out for our weekly drop-in volunteer opportunities that we share via our Doodle (online scheduling tool). We can also add you to our call list if the phone is the best way to reach you.

The Mustard Seed Street Church
